Overview

Perfect-navi detects with a high accuracy whether or not the nut and the workpiece are set correctly right before welding.
Compared to conventional navi series its height of the detection unit is the lowest, and this allows to meet various welding jobs without concerning interference with the workpiece.
We have three types of Perfect-navi, L-type specification, Platen specification and C-gun specification to accommodate various types of welder.

Features

Three types of specification enables to accommodate all types of welder.

L type
Bad welds on upper side of the U-shaped workpieces can be detected.
Holder diameter φ25: Maximum welding force must be below 3.0kN.
Holder diameter φ32: Maximum welding force must be below 5.0kN.

Platen type
Maximum welding force must be below 10.0kN.

C-gun type
Maximum welding force must be below 5.0kN.

Perfect-navi sensor unit

Compared to conventional navi series, the height of detection unit is lower, and this allows for better usability.
Starting from the left, Perfect-navi, Platen-navi, Handy-navi.

Equipped as standard with a quick exhaust valve. Improve durability of the air cylinder.

Internal water-cooling system that directly cools the inside of the arm reduce abrasion and spatter adhesion caused by heat on the electrode part.

Positioning is much easier

Air blow system reduces spatter adhesion to nuts, guide pins, and inside of the arm. In addition, Air cooling effect prevents heating of the electrode.

Ceramics guide pin specification

Ceramics guide pin (Silicon nitride) is included as standard equipment.

Ceramics guide pin has high hardness and long service life. Because there is no electrocorrosion, nor abrasion.
Also there is no adhesion of spatter and jamming of nut.
The use of silicon nitride guide pins stabilizes navi measurements.

Air-Bleeding Valve

Air-Bleeding Valve is included as standard equipment, which enables quick air bleeding in electrode replacements.
