Overview
When the nut is set upside down, the nut feet are welded to the SS ring, and prevent inverted nut welding to the work piece.

How to choose the proper Inverse-Welding Prevention Tip (for square nut)

If A is 11 mm, φd must be 10 mm.
Unsuitable for pilot nut.

If A is 12 mm, φd must be 11 mm.
Unsuitable for pilot nut.
