It is made of Zircochromium copper and α(rare earth elements).
Features
The new material e-tip is superior to chromium copper in all aspects of hardness, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. In addition, effects of α(rare earth elements）enables welding performance equivalent to Dispersion strengthened copper (Al2O3Cu).
- Improved electrical conductivity
- High hardness, Improved continuous welding points.
- Harder, more durable and reasonable than Alumina Dispersion Strengthened Copper.
- Last two times longer than chromium copper.
- No cracks.
- …Dispersion strengthened copper (Al2O3Cu) is sintered metal (bake hardening the metal powder) so crack can be generated but crack hardly appears on e-tip series.
