Overview

Two types of welding electrodes can be set on a Robot Benri Holder.
The electrode can be switched automatically by automatically rotating the holder by 90 °.

Electrode adapter in case of using Screw Type

Use it with Benri Adapters made for Robot-Benri Holders.
We have adapters for various welding applications.
The O-ring specification prevents the electrodes from loosening and falling.
Each electrode is cooled individually.

Electrode adapter in case of using Taper Type

As a guide, set the maximum welding force 3.0kN or less when using an Offset Taper Adapter.
Attaching an Offset Taper Adapter or a Taper Adapter enables interference avoidance such as workpieces, and also it enables adjusting stroke.

Maximum welding force and Cautions

Set the welding force within 2.0kN to 6.0kN.

 
Rotation speed and rotation angle (90 degrees) are set according to our company standard before shipping.
