Maximum welding force

Holder diameter φ25: Maximum welding force must be below 3.0kN.
Holder diameter φ32: Maximum welding force must be below 5.0kN.
 

Notes

• Set the start-up self-hold on the welding machine to activate when the current starts to flow.
  When step on the foot-operated switch for a moment,
• Pressurization is released immediately.
    →Self-hold works with starting of energization.
• Pressurization is not released.
    →Self-hold works since the squeeze time.
• Please provide us 5 pcs. each of nut samples.
  We will manufacture the slide unit to fit sample nut you supplied to us.

• 용접기 기동 자기보유를“통전에서 자기보유”에설정해 주십시오.
  발로 밟는 스위치를 한순간만 눌렀을 때
• 바로 가압이 해제된다.
  　→ 통전에서 자기보유
• 가압이 해제되지 않는다.
  　→ 초기가압에서 자기보유
• 넛트샘플을 각 5개 지급하 여 주십시요.지급받은 너트에 맞게 제작하겠습니다.
