【CAUTION】Warning on spoofing E-mails

2024/10/01

Recently, we have confirmed that there have been suspicious spoofed e-mails that have been illegally sent out, spoofing our company name or e-mail address as the sender.
These e-mails are not sent from our company, and we have nothing to do with such emails.

If you receive an e-mail from one of our employees that you have no idea what it contains or that is suspicious or unrelated to your work, please delete the e-mail without opening the attached file or clicking on the URL in the content of the e-mail, as there is a risk of virus infection or unauthorized access.

Example of spoofed e-mail address
infosmkjp@gmail.com

Our e-mail address
In the case of an e-mail from our company, sender's e-mail address always has the domain “@e-smk.co.jp”.
# The sender may display the sender’s name as “info@e-smk.co.jp”, but actually send from the email address “infosmkjp@gmail.com”.

We will continue to take great care and strengthen our measures against unsolicited e-mails.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
